Return & Refund Policy

At Kuivon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included where applicable.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item or defective item.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
